Institute of Rural and Agricultural Development, Polish Academy of Sciences (IRWiR PAN)

IRWiR PAN is an interdisciplinary research organisation focused on monitoring rural areas’ socio-economic and environmental challenges. Its staff includes specialists from various disciplines: economics, sociology, demography, ethnology and human geography. In the RURALITIC, IRWiR PAN participates in WP2, WP5, and WP7, adding to the project’s eastern European countryside perspective.
